Home is a minimalist animation created during my foundation year, before formally studying animation, and remains a deeply personal piece. Using only lines and color, it explores themes of identity and displacement, capturing the disorienting experience of returning to a place that once felt familiar but now exists more as fragments of memory than a fixed reality. Dream-like in its structure, the animation lingers on unexpected details and impressions, accompanied by white noise to evoke a sense of distance and emotional ambiguity. Though made before I learned formal animation principles, it continues to hold significance as an early, intuitive exploration of storytelling and self.
